Shipping & Returns
All of our shipping is always free, however, due to the nature of the curated items we have in our store shipping times may vary! We will do our best to keep you updated and get your items to you in the fastest way possible. Some of our items are shipped from overseas, and due to the current national pandemic, there are fewer flights which are causing longer than usual shipping times. We appreciate your patience while you wait for your unique items! We are currently experiencing longer than normal delays, but we promise we are working as fast as we can. Unfortunately, we don't control companies like UPS or FED EX, or other shipping companies we partner with. The world is a mess, but your items will make your DAY when they arrive!
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be super happy with your item and we don't accept returns or exchanges, but if for some reason something arrives damaged or you're not totally happy, please take a photo of the items and send us an e-mail with an explanation at email@example.com. Because the majority of our items are one of a kind or sourced from small artisans, we can't accept returns.
However, We will do our best to fix the situation and if WE mess up, we will ALWAYS fix it!!
