The decor and all rental items billed are billed additionally in the discussed budget
On-site Styling and install billed hourly at $95 per hour
*Rental items generally require a one-month minimum rental.

*Add Furniture procurement package and utilize our trade pricing and sources, and have our team manage ordering, processing, delivery, and installation for 25% management fee. The client must have a minimum of $10,000 furniture budget.

*Price breaks can be made for clients designing 3 or more rooms.
