Consultation via zoom or in your home
Design Concept and Mood Board
Suggestions and recommendations on items to place in storage or utilize if space is not empty
Suggestions on any painting or cosmetic repairs
Sourcing and Coordination of Staging rentals needed
The decor and all rental items billed are billed additionally in the discussed budget
On-site Styling and install billed hourly at $95 per hour
*Rental items generally require a one-month minimum rental.

Initial two-hour consultation on-site to discuss project needs, vision, concepts, and budget. ($299 upfront)

*Add Furniture procurement package and utilize our trade pricing and sources, and have our team manage ordering, processing, delivery, and installation for 25% management fee. The client must have a minimum of $10,000 furniture budget.
* additional shopping days or hours needed for design revisions billed at our hourly rate of $95.00 per hour.
*Price breaks can be made for clients designing 3 or more rooms.
